One of the UK's leading developers is looking for a Junior Facial Animator for an 9+ months contract to join them. Based in a great location, and with an award winning team, you could be involved in their next big project. This is an opportunity that can't be missed!

Roles and responsibilities:• Keyframe animation of high fidelity character, for in-game moments• Using in-house proprietary tools in a prescribed method, to create believable lip-sync and emotions on main game character• Working with animation director from reference material• At times, between batches of facial animation, may be required to work on motion-editing, mo-cap data – training will be given as necessary

Skills:• Method and software will be taught to successful applicant (and demo’d at a test to all second stage interviewees)• Excellent observational and visual analysis skills required• Ability to be methodical and consistent• Attention to detail• Drawing ability (portrait and/or life drawing) ideal

Other:• Extensive experience of facial animation is not requisite, but some examples need to be available to view on showreel• Good communication skills• Team player, ready to take direction and critique
