JOB DESCRIPTION:
Relic Entertainment, award winning developers of Homeworld, Dawn of War and the highest rated RTS of all time, Company of Heroes, is looking for an Administrator of Online Services to join our team.
As an Associate Online Community Specialist, you are responsible for moderating our community forums, enforcing our online harassment policy across applicable games, responding to customer e-mails, and providing a regular report of actions taken. Both verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills, are crucial!
At Relic, we are big on teamwork. While we are a professional bunch, we have a ridiculously good time making quality games of which we are all proud.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Moderating our site forumResponding to reported posts and usersAnswering questions from customers when appropriateResponding to support-related threads and responding to customer e-mailsMonitoring player behavior in-gameAdditional responsibilities as assigned REQUIREMENTS :At least one (1) year of forum moderator or forum administrator experienceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentPositive professional attitude ASSETS:Familiarity with Relic Entertainment's gamesGame industry experienceBachelors Degree or equivalent
