The position
There are many tasks that need to be completed to successfully launch an ngmoco game into the marketplace and we are looking for person who is highly organized, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator to drive the launch of all our titles.
The launch coordinator will need to coordinate efforts with internal and external team members to complete marketing materials, App Store & website copy & art work and other supporting materials for every game launch.
This person will ensure that tasks are completed, dependencies are resolved, and plan changes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders for every launch.
Responsibilities
- Create launch schedule and tasks, track status and identify and communicate risks and blockages.
- Create submission packages for Apple and lead the submission.
- Manage promotion codes per title.
- Coordinate efforts of several people, and ensure the dependencies and deadlines are clearly communicated.
- Manage iTunes Connect portal and ensure that all our consumer-facing information about all of our titles is always up-to-date.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of project management experience in games or creative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- A track record of delivering excellent work while managing competing and changing priorities.
